How to Order

Browse through our site, pick your favorite item[s] and send us an email at: michelletks@gmail.com

Ordering is simple: -

Step 1 Find the products you want to buy
Step 2 Fill in the order form

Send us an email including:

~ Your name:
~ Email address:
~ Tel/Mobile number:
~ Delivery address:
~ Code Item:
~ Product color (if applicable), and quantity:

Step 3 Wait for our reply WITHIN 24 HOUR.

You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and an exact amount to bank in.

Step 4 Bank in payment

Please email us the transaction date and amount after your successful transaction. We only accept payment to Maybank account at the moment.

Step 5 Wait for your Product

Items will be sent out on the day or next once payment has been received. (Applicable only on weekdays)

-If you were to make payment on Sat or Sun, items will only be sent out on Monday.

Delivery time frame is usually 2-5 working days after successful payment, depending on postage method and postage location.

Terms and Conditions:

1) Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

2) All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.

3) Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

4) All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

5) Deposit/Payment is non-refundable.

6) We will not be responsible for any lost or damage of the items after the items have been posted.

Types of Delivery

Postage Charges as below: (Poslaju Only)

Poslaju (Maximum Weight: 1.0kg)

- Within Klang Valley: RM6.00

- Penisular Malaysia: RM7.00

- Penisular to Sarawak: RM9.00

- Penisular to Sabah: RM10.00

1. We will calculate the actual postage charges for you after you have confirmed your order.

2. We will be using PosLaju Malaysia for delivery within Malaysia.
